I bought a new frig from them after IRMA destroyed mine and they delivered a floor model that was dented, scratched, and leaking. 2 weeks later they still could not replace the defective unit but still charged me delivery and set up. I recommend you go to Home Depot or Lowes.

They gave us a fair deal (even suggesting to us that we wait 3 days to purchase so that we could take advantage of a holiday sale). One item arrived defective (folks, stuff happens in life) and they immediately replaced it. We would definitely shop here again. Items purchased: washer and dryer.
