  This location is an AT&T authorized reseller, not a corporate store. As a result, the service is a little less attentive and the location is a little seedy. Once those expectations are managed, the gentleman was able to create a new account for my daughter in what seemed like an average amount of time for any cell phone provider. (That is, it always takes way too long no matter what provider you use. What the heck are they doing? Is it really that hard? If so, why?) All in all, this is an average AT&T reseller location - for better or worse.

  Had a terrific experience here with great customer service from Johnathon and Mack. Jonathon went out of his way to make sure we understood every detail of our billing and what to expect. No surprises here! We would highly recommend.
